Beth Barrette is a software developer and trainer with over twenty years experience in multiple industries including health care, oil and gas, graphic design, shipping/freight forwarding, environmental planning, and land development.
Beth’s expertise is in creating and presenting intricate concepts in clear, meaningful ways using media and technology appropriate to her audience. She has extensive experience in database design, education, financial software customization, internationally-adjusted report production, application and network security, web presence, design and integration of statistical tracking applications.
Beth has been a well-received presenter at national financial and records management software conferences since 1998. She continues to individually coach and train those who regularly utilize these applications. Beth holds both a B.A. in Plan II with Special Honors and M.B.A from The University of Texas at Austin.
Kim Jacobs holds a master’s degree in occupational training and fifteen years of experience in instructional design and consulting. She is highly skilled in the use of adult learning styles, group dynamics, and instructional design. She has conducted training sessions for adult learners on customer service, leadership development, team building, and effective communication skills among other topics.
Kim has worked with all levels of the organization and with cross-functional teams to facilitate focus groups and learning events. Industries that she supported include computer technology, aerospace, and gas pipelines. She also has a personal knowledge of the workplace demands of physicians and others involved in healthcare practice where she has worked as a healthcare provider in a private practice office.
She also is certified as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Rayma Stassen has extensive content knowledge and experience in the areas of human resource development, organizational behavior & change, adult learning theory and retail marketing. Her industry experience includes performance consultations in the energy, health-care, retail, financial, non-profit and education fields. Robert Winter is an experienced trainer, consultant, and motivational speaker with over fifteen years experience in human and organizational development. He has presented over 500 seminars and workshops on leadership development, team building, strategic planning, personality and behavioral type, time management, stress management, change management, and career development. He has worked with a diverse client base that includes manufacturing, service, government, and educational institutions.
